2026 ADMISSIONS
BOOTCAMP

A deep-dive, high-impact program designed to leave you with an unforgettable application.

📅 Rolling start date. Typical timeline from August through October.

Packages starting at $3,995

You are not 1 out of a hundred thousand

students competing for the same spot.

You are a unique constellation of experiences, interests, talents, values, and ambitions. The challenge isn't becoming more impressive. It's learning how to articulate what already makes you 1 of 1.

So that when an Admissions Officer at your dream school reads your application, they can see you moving into the freshman dorms as your inevitable next step.

Over our time together, you are not an applicant.

You are the Protagonist.

We'll uncover the stories, patterns, and defining moments that, when weaved together intentionally, make your application unforgettable.

Through guided reflection, strategy, and essay development, we'll transform a list of accomplishments into a cohesive application that admissions officers can immediately understand and remember. By the end of the program, you’ll have an application that genuinely excites you and your family.

You will know you put everything you had towards telling a story that will make an Admissions Officer stop and stare.

Because . . .

You are
One of One.

OUR METHODOLOGY

It's not about being the perfect applicant.

It's about being the most memorable one.

1 | Consult

2 | Discovery

Before we think about essays, activities, or positioning, we get to know your student.

Through in-depth conversations, exploratory interviews, guided reflection, personality assessments, and strategic journaling, we uncover the experiences, curiosities, values, and perspectives that shape who they are.

We look for the details others might overlook: a childhood fascination, a defining moment, a contradiction, a question they keep returning to.

Most students have far more material than they realize. The challenge is knowing what matters—and what to do with it.

Together, we identify the recurring themes, values, tensions, and curiosities that connect your student's experiences. What looks like a collection of unrelated activities begins to reveal recurring motifs and patterns.

We don't just uncover the story.

We uncover the voice behind it—the way your student naturally thinks, reflects, and sees the world.

The goal is not to "find a passion." It is to uncover the through-line that is already there.

Most students don't need to become more interesting.

They need to understand that inside of them is already a story more compelling than The Odyssey.

This 30-minute session is when we decide whether we want to embark on finding it together.

We'll talk through your student's goals, ambitions, experiences, and aspirations to understand where they are today—and where their application has the potential to go.

Regardless of whether we move forward together, every family leaves with three personalized recommendations for their next steps in the admissions process.

3 | Architecture

Once we know the student, we set the chessboard.

What do they want to study? At what school? What does it take to become the most compelling applicant for that particular niche?

We work backwards from there.

The Personal Statement becomes the spine of the application. We develop the concept, narrative map, and positioning strategy that will guide everything that follows.

Then we set the chessboard.

The activities, honors, recommendation letters, supplemental essays—every piece has to work in concert. We look at where each piece can strengthen the larger position, where it can add a new dimension, and where it is simply taking up space.

How can every sentence, every detail, every choice move the application closer to the strongest possible version of this student?

4 | Execution

Too many students try to skip straight to the final version. They edit before they have written. They try to sound impressive before they have figured out what they actually want to say.

That is how voices get lost.

The first draft is where we remove the pressure. No perfect opening. No perfect structure. No need to impress. Just honesty.

The student writes freely, without direction or judgment. Then we come together to find what is hiding inside the pages: the real story, the thesis, the moments that matter, and the structure that brings it all to life. From there, we refine. As a writing coach, I help strengthen the student's voice. As an editor, I sharpen the language. As a creative director, I step back and ask the only question that matters:

Am I craving to know more?

5 | Optimization

Most students focus on what they think a school wants to hear. What they don't realize is that that is exactly what 50,000+ other applicants are doing too.

The strongest applications are not built by trying to sound like the ideal applicant. They are built by making it unmistakably clear what this student uniquely brings to a campus.

In the final stage, we refine the application through the lens of the reader's experience. We examine every essay, every detail, and every word to ensure the student's voice remains authentic, memorable, and consistent.

Then, we tailor the application to each school—finding the intersection between who the student is and what they can contribute to that specific community.

The goal is not to sound like the perfect applicant.

It's to sound like no one else.

When we went through the college process with our oldest, my husband and I didn’t go to college here, so we had no idea what we were doing. We spent $10,000 on a private counselor and it was a complete disappointment. Barely paid us any attention, sugarcoated everything, and left us feeling more lost than when we started.

When a friend introduced us to Rhea a year later, we were hesitant. We didn’t want to make the same mistake twice. But after just one conversation, we were absolutely blown away.

Rhea is thoughtful, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated. She treats this work like an art form.

When Samira was waitlisted at her first-choice school, she was devestated. But Rhea immediately FaceTimed her and provided emotional support to us in that moment that I will always be grateful for.

Without missing a beat, she sprang into action and put together a new strategy for the regular admissions cycle. That kind of support is priceless.

Today, we are so proud to say Samira is heading to Yale this Fall! :)

Why This Works

I’ve read thousands of essays. I know what will get lost in the shuffle, versus what will make an Admissions Officer sit up and pay attention

The strongest applications aren't built by finding the Perfect Topic or the Saddest Sob Story. They're built by uncovering an authentic voice and using it to tell a genuine narrative, executing it consistently across the entire application.
